Eligibility
Eaton Family Credit Union is a financial cooperative. Click here for more information on eligibilty requirements.

Reminders:

1. Signatures - All account owners (primary and joint) must sign and date section “V. Authorized Signatures” and “Signature of U.S. Person ” at the bottom of the application form.
2. Identification - All account owners (primary and or joint) must provide a photocopy of your state photo identification card with social security number. If your state photo identification card does not include your social security number then a copy your social security card will be needed too..
3. Initial Deposit - A Share Savings Account can be opened with at least $5.00.
   • Please include a check to "Eaton Family Credit Union"; no cash by mail, OR
   • Click here to download an Authorization for Automatic Clearinghouse (ACH) form. Transfer funds from a different financial institution using ACH. There is no fee for ACH transfers. We will contact you via phone to verify your ACH information.
4. Submit Application - Please send your completed member application, identification and initial deposit:

5. Direct Deposit - Soon after we process your application you will receive a Welcome Letter from Eaton Family Credit Union with your account number and our ABA routing number. Contact your payroll department to start direct deposit using your new account number and our ABA routing number 241075470.
