Reminders:

  1. Signatures - All account owners (primary and joint) must sign and date the application form.
  2. Identification - To verify your identity, please provide a current driver’s license or another form of government-issued ID. All account owners (primary and or joint) must provide identification.

    Please Note: If the address on your ID doesn’t match what’s shown on your application, please also provide a copy of a utility bill, pay stub or a similar, official document to verify your address.
  3. Initial Deposit - A Share Savings Account can be opened with as little as $5 payable in cash at a branch (no cash by mail, please) or by mailing a check written to Eaton Family Credit Union along with your completed application.
    • Click here to download an Authorization for Automatic Clearinghouse (ACH) form. Transfer funds from a different financial institution using ACH. There is no fee for ACH transfers. We will contact you via phone to verify your ACH information.
    • Click here to download the Debit or Credit Card Authorization form. Open an Eaton Family Credit Union account with your debit or credit card.
  4. Submit Application - Please send your completed member application, identification and initial deposit:

  5. Direct Deposit - Within a few business days after we process your application, you will receive a Welcome Letter from Eaton Family Credit Union providing your account number and our ABA routing number. Contact your payroll department and provide them your new account number and our ABA routing number, 241075470, to start your direct deposit.
