Lori Penny has been in charge of Eaton Family Credit Union’s call center since October. Lori is a strong credit union advocate with extensive industry knowledge.

A small business owner, Lori has excellent member service skills. She always takes the initiative to learn and never hesitates to help around the office.

Lori is a graduate of Euclid High School and still lives in the area with her cat and dog. Lori is very family-oriented. She is devoted to her mom, siblings, nieces and nephew.
